Industry Insight: The Rise of China’s Storage Chips Is Now
in Full Swing — We Sincerely Invite You to Join Hands and Explore Global
Opportunities
Against the backdrop of the global AI
computing power boom and the iteration of intelligent terminals, storage
chips, as the core cornerstone of the digital economy, are ushering in
unprecedented market dividends. China’s storage chip industry is striding
forward from a "follower" to a "runner-up" with strong
momentum in technological breakthroughs, production capacity leapfrogging, and
quality upgrading, emerging as an indispensable core force in the global
storage market. At this critical moment of industrial take-off, we sincerely
invite global partners to join hands with Chinese storage chip enterprises,
share development dividends, and create a new chapter in business together.

As the core segment of semiconductor
memory, China has achieved comprehensive breakthroughs in the three
mainstream storage categories: DRAM, NAND Flash, and Nor Flash.
On the technological front, Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (YMTC)’s
300-layer 3D stacking technology-based NAND Flash products have reached
the international advanced level; ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT)’s DDR5
memory chips have a speed exceeding 8000MHz, and its LPDDR5X products
have set new performance records. Emerging storage technologies such as 3D
FeRAM are also accelerating their commercialization. Today, the
technological gap between domestic storage chips and international top brands
is constantly narrowing, and the improvement of core independent capabilities
has provided global customers with more cost-effective and stable options.

The dual guarantee of production capacity and
quality is the solid foundation for our cooperation. In the wafer
manufacturing segment, the monthly production capacity of storage wafers
of leading domestic enterprises has exceeded 400,000 pieces, with yield rate
steadily rising to the international mainstream level. The consistency and
reliability of memory chips have passed the rigorous verification of
well-known manufacturers such as ASUS and Acer. Relying on the complete storage
supply chain — from 12-inch silicon wafers, photoresist and
other semiconductor materials, to the localization breakthrough of core
equipment such as etching tools, and supported by high-end packaging
and testing capabilities of enterprises like Changjiang Electronics
Technology Co., Ltd. (JCET) — we are able to provide customers with integrated
product solutions ranging from storage IP and main control chips
to memory modules and SSDs (Solid State Drives), fully meeting
the stringent requirements of diverse scenarios such as automotive-grade
storage, data center storage, and AI storage.
With the acceleration of global layout,
Chinese storage chips are becoming the preferred partners for overseas
customers. In 2023, the export volume of China’s storage chips increased by 42%
year-on-year, with demand in the Southeast Asian market, the Middle
East, and the European market continuing to climb. Leveraging the policy
dividends of the RCEP agreement, our products can be delivered to
customers more efficiently and at lower costs; supported by policies such as export
tax rebates, we are able to transfer more profit margins to partners. In
terms of overseas services, we have built a localized support system — from the
development of customized low-power storage and high-capacity storage
products, to rapid-response technical services and stable supply guarantees,
comprehensively solving customers’ worries.
