Overview of the Smart Terminal Storage Chip Adaptation Solution

Centering on the core demands of smart terminals for efficient computing, massive storage, and low power consumption and stability, we carefully select core products from leading brands for cooperation. The computing end is equipped with Samsung DDR5 (5600MT/s), Micron LPDDR5X (9600MT/s), and CXMT LPDDR5, balancing performance and power consumption. The storage end adopts Samsung V-NAND, Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., LTD. Xtacking 3D NAND (300+ layer stacking) and Kioxia BiCS FLASH to ensure high-speed reading and writing as well as large capacity requirements. For Internet of Things (iot) smart devices, it is equipped with GigaDevice's GD55 series and Winbond's W25Q series low-power NOR Flash. Industrial-grade scenarios are compatible with Longbo's wide-temperature-range embedded storage (-40℃ to 85℃). The solution covers multiple types of smart terminals such as smart home, industrial control, and smart wearables, featuring high reliability, adaptability and energy efficiency, and provides a full-scenario storage solution.
